Should organize more activity to build team bonding. Different activity on Saturday to make whole team work, play corporate games.

They just do pertiality.They don't give the candidate updates on time.They don't follow any rules and regulations.A lady senior is there is who just need attention,buttering then only she will keep you safe in the organisation irrespective of your performance.A male senior is there who doesn't know about the responsibilities of a manager.Toxic environment.Bitching about each other.Total worst place to work.

Worst company ever too much of politics only if you can apply butter to your lead then only u can survive but not for longer periods hardly there is 5 oldest employees who wants everything to go like they want otherwise no one stays there for a longer periods
