It's good till the time you are working with them I.e. your contract is in place. The pay is competitive. Colleagues are talented, leadership is friendly, focused and knowledgeable. Compensation is good. Paper work is minimal.

Dislikes

Of late, they have only hired people on short term contract basis, on the promise that you will be regularised in few months based on your performance. However, people have been let go citing various reasons, I.e. with no fault of theirs, they have been fired despite performing well. Please don't get hired by YCP Solidiance if it is a contract role from Day 1.

1. Exposure to variety of projects in several industry verticals. 2. Collaboration with team members from several geographies (diverse Team) 3. Might offer a Full-time Role if performance is 'extra-ordinary'. 4. Mid-level staff is supportive and considers giving credits to your work as an intern.

1. Senior Management would want you to work as a slave in the name of client deliverable. 2. Senior Management only has 1 Partner (in 2020) and 1 CEO (2022) who like to work together with a lot of toxicity (fights with clients, disrespectful to team members, etc.). 3. Even if a junior employee makes sense in any topic - the CEO shall prefer to support the concerned Partner. 4. Don't even try to report the disrespectful or misconduct from the senior management - they are all from the same boat. 5. The concerned partner would expect you to incorporate 'unethical' practices to get the job done.
