Management is very very bad, poor management don't ever know how to treat equally with employee, huge discrimination between local and outside manpower, nothing to learn and develop skills if you want to learn and develop your skills you should have to do by yourself only noone will support you. Very bad politics, Reputed company with lot of worst management.

Working organizations not good, even shift is finished manager's are forcing to do extra time without any pay😆😆 I have resigned 1.5 year's before but i still I didn't get any experience letter and Settlement 😁😁

There is a lot politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2years before which you cannot resign on the job training is not given to new joinees
