Working organizations not good, even shift is finished manager's are forcing to do extra time without any pay😆😆 I have resigned 1.5 year's before but i still I didn't get any experience letter and Settlement 😁😁

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joining.

This was a wiring harness based company where it is innovative and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that iam a part of this team work company and high quality products and has a global base. Another plus point is that my colleague's come from various cultural background and we work happily in collaboration. I also like the employee rehire policy here.

Compensation is decent,but growth is very slow. The work pressure is very high.Infact sometimes,Ihave to work for 12 -16 hours straight in a day as I have also done as a overtime.They are hiring us as a contractor basis not as a onrole.Also ,there is no on job training for freshers,hence senior folks like me have to guide them step by step,which is a pain sometimes. One thing more that the foods they are providing are of very low quality by which any can easily get ill. According to my point of view this all are the dislike.
