My seniors and colleagues was approachable and friendly. Mallu culture.

Dislikes

Low compensation. Arrogant Managers with shouting behavior if you're away for a while in chat or meeting. No skill preserving activities, no reimbursements or flexibility in work. Often add junior people to work before they even know something. No channel to ask employee feedbacks. They don't do that here. They assume they are good. Basically felt like a boarding school than a company.

Saturday working Overtime with no extra pay Very low salary. Hard to cover basic amenities with this salary No work life balance. It's always work, work, more work. No extra monetary benefits as perk. Choose this place if you don't have any offers. Even unemployment maybe better in my opinion.

Some people are nicer to me and pleasant to talk to. But that's it.

Dislikes

Oh my god. Many!!! Daily Overtime + Very low salary + Micromanagement = this place Manager and Lead may call you at 7PM, 8PM, 9PM etc if something happens. They have 2 year bond too with 1000 to 3000 rupees as increment each year. There is a scolding culture within the leadership which is not at all unprofessional. If you're late by 30 minutes, your half day salary will be cut. And yes, most people have 4 digit salary per month.

Be very careful engaging with this company. They trap people with bonds. There is a reason why most of their staffs are less experienced people as seniors will stay clear from this toxic place. Pay is low, no extra benefits, arrogant and greedy management whose soul goal is to shut you whenever asks for a raise or complaint.
