I worked here as a Direct Contract Employee and did not receive any kind of benefits except Transport and Food facility. Every month we have to take care of our salary by submitting invoice with Manager's sign. About the company, it is very old but IT dept. is separate and it is very new to industry so no new technology, no culture, no hierarchy. Only manager in department and he is handling 4-5 projects individually. My colleagues are very good and supportive, we work happily in collaboration. Strongly suggest not to opt. job here for Contract either Direct or through third party.

Dislikes

No compensation at all and no growth. Managers (especially only one manager for IT) do not value an individual's unique strength. There is no effective on-job training and no opportunity for fresher's and also lot of discrimination in the department.

Likes

Employee gets car to visit customer location. Team party, lunch- dinner.

Dislikes

...Groupism, worst work life balance, no value to employee management doesn't care. No proper salary hike. They will demotivate you. There is lot of politics. No training to fresher need to learn by observation. No cafeteria.

It is not pay master but 3F is chief attraction - 1- Five days week 2-Five O'clock Off from duty 3-Yearly Trip, mostly foreign

...rate Finance Dept is very Pathetic in Functioning resulting in trouble to claim Attrition rate is very high due to Salary being very low

All departmental head as well as Top management are so much cooperative and ready to help every employee at every step. All employees have right to discuss issues or any other problem with Every one and most interesting if we not satisfied with response of seniors, we can directly go to Japanese head for solution, and he directly involved to make us satisfy . In one line - Superb work culture with awesome Top management.

Dislikes

Compensation is not so handsome as compared to market. Also yearly increment based on superviser feedback which not fare all the time but other facility provided by yaskawa compensate all other -ve points. For example medical policy, food policy, leave policy , foreign trips policy and all. What ever benifit you think , available in yaskawa.

Seniors are more into politics, all the people at higher position are having no experience of their field they all sitting at the position because they are known to COO and President and that keeps them safe, managers who are appointed by COO are very rude, they don't respect there employees and colleagues that is why mostly people left company and they keep on hiring new people because no one stays longer.
