If you are on project then you don't have any work life balance , and if u are on bench u don't have job security. This company can put you in any domain or u have to find another job eg switching from Java to Salesforce

Nothing to like except sitting on bench for months if you are interested in spoiling your career.

...u give up. Company has no value of employees. Useless to join such organisation. If you resign, company won't pay your 3month salary for notice period and your leaves will all be deducted. If you take leave during urgency.. IRM will reject, all your hardworking for years means nothing to this fraud company. At the end what you will get is harassment & only harassment.

Yash is an employee crntric company with many benefits like timely salary, promotions, leaves and flexibility. If you have a good manager, you will surely stay longer in YASH

Its druven by those frogs who have been in the well for more than a decade. They change HR policies according to their convenience. Politics is a lot specially in HR

...e yash's stringent leave policy. So surviving in stringent client place is hell. Mandatory salary bank iss hdfc. Mandatory RM, mandatory hrpp. Many things are unfriendly , a person with self esteem cannot survive here.

Salary is average and not too many employee benefits . Also they are starting 5 days working from home which is going to hamper work life balance especially people in global role
