Referral Hiring for Leadership Level and Senior Managerial Position. Leadership hiring should be on skill and not on internal references. Hiring of Unsuitable candidates under referral program is big drawback.

There isn't anything to like about Yash. Such a poor culture you will hate only.

Dislikes

Favouritism to employees who don't even work. Very poor performance reviews and salary hikes. You won't get any benefits apart of your CTC. No transport, no better allowances.

There is no Real appreciation of your skills. They will not increase the salary even if your work for 5 years. But they will give the fresher more salary than experienced skilled worker
