One of the worst company I have ever worked. There is no such points in my mind to like anything about this company.

1.Manual Timesheet 2.Salary Deductions of 4 days every month 3.Night shift Allowance they dont pay even after doing 2 shifts. 4.MicroManagement 5.Bad Management or Leadership Team full of Politics

Yash is an employee crntric company with many benefits like timely salary, promotions, leaves and flexibility. If you have a good manager, you will surely stay longer in YASH

Its druven by those frogs who have been in the well for more than a decade. They change HR policies according to their convenience. Politics is a lot specially in HR

...e yash's stringent leave policy. So surviving in stringent client place is hell. Mandatory salary bank iss hdfc. Mandatory RM, mandatory hrpp. Many things are unfriendly , a person with self esteem cannot survive here.
