My new employer wants me to join by 8th Jan, my current employer is not leaving me till 24th which is a long time. I requested them to reduce notice period but they denied, what should I do? Company pay good salary to employees.

Dislikes

They are not having long term projects and Competency team is treating experienced people as fresher. If you are in project then need to work morethan 9 hr as per project requirement may be sometimes 12.

No scope to add new skill. No scope to change project and learn new things. If working as contractor in client location, then you will feel completely detached from Yash. This might impact your appraisal n promotion.

If you are on project then you don't have any work life balance , and if u are on bench u don't have job security. This company can put you in any domain or u have to find another job eg switching from Java to Salesforce

Dislikes

Less compensation not even matching fresher salary in MNC for an experience candidate. Bond for 3 years is very cruel and they don't give proper appraisal if u r in bond period
