Less compensation not even matching fresher salary in MNC for an experience candidate. Bond for 3 years is very cruel and they don't give proper appraisal if u r in bond period

There isn't anything to like about Yash. Such a poor culture you will hate only.

Favouritism to employees who don't even work. Very poor performance reviews and salary hikes. You won't get any benefits apart of your CTC. No transport, no better allowances.

Yash is an employee crntric company with many benefits like timely salary, promotions, leaves and flexibility. If you have a good manager, you will surely stay longer in YASH

Its druven by those frogs who have been in the well for more than a decade. They change HR policies according to their convenience. Politics is a lot specially in HR

...e yash's stringent leave policy. So surviving in stringent client place is hell. Mandatory salary bank iss hdfc. Mandatory RM, mandatory hrpp. Many things are unfriendly , a person with self esteem cannot survive here.
