They have crossed all limit of being lala even lala works better than this they will not tell you about your responsibilities and except that it should already be clear to you they dont give appraisal letter they just treat the oldies in good way and every oldies are getting paid for free and too enormous amount

Company orientation program to impact for new cuming employee. Culture of company. Working hours policy. LP policy

Very unprofessional work in specially... Admin, Account and IT division. Lots of politics in management. They are only work for time pass. Dedicated employee not stand in here. There are some employee working from many years. He had paly a game with new employee.

Flat management structure. Open culture. An entry-level guy can suggest something to senior management and it is heard in a positive light. That is rare in the manufacturing sector
