Salary Expectations
I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

A stressful environment where high authority continuously demotivating the teachers. You are going to do every extra task without any extra income. They treat teachers with harsh attitude. Doesnt care how hard a teacher is working. Keep overburdening them.

No job security... The through you out when they want..

Dislikes

There's a lot of politics. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 1 year but they insist on you, demote you otherwise you have to leave... Only in 4 months I had to leave it. No joining letter n experience letter was provided.
