There's a lot of politics. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 1 year but they insist on you, demote you otherwise you have to leave... Only in 4 months I had to leave it. No joining letter n experience letter was provided.

The director, principal and incharge all are supportive. And they welcome new ideas for the development of children. If you ideas are good then you get full freedom to proceed further. If any child wants to study the our director sir give full support morally as well as financially.
