For freshers they are paying good. Giving bonus also at year end.

Work on only one technology SQL. Office politics, toxic work environment especially by Apoorva Pant and Snehal Adsul. Biased manager(Swapna Pantoji). For interns or fresher's no job security. Firstly they will give you offer letter for full time employment, but later on they may revert your offer. Worst process for confirmation you have to give 'n' of presentations in front and leads and higher authorities. Micromanagement.

...y to learn as much as you can in your time there. Profit share and yearly bonus. Good salary hike.

Strict timing rules. Micromanagement by some team leads. If you don't speak for yourself no one cares

Work environment is friendly, job security is 100%, if you are looking for average salary, go for it.

Salary hike is fixed, you won't get it as per your work, you get paid based on team budget/size, no matter how hard/smart work you do. Also, no personal growth, technology is old.

... you gotta do work of others. Staying late at work is considered a good thing. Team Lead doesn't inform you about reward system, that there's a bonus for good performer. I hot to know this from other team leads that there's also a reward system. TL will deny your leaves. You'll have to hive sick excuses to get your leaves approved. Code quality is terrible, anybody does anything. No code structure is followed. Ppl at junior level knows more than team lead. Team lead has very poor knowledge on technology, you'll have to rely on other team for help when stuck, which again consumes time. No guidance nothing.
