Good company to work with..paid salary on time. Only thing is you have to get adapt towards Japanese working style. M.D is very focused in bringing more allied business to India. They make you to move more practically in the work environment.. I have learnt a lot in this company.

Salary Increments is a struggling process..will take 18-20 months to pay.

Worst management and worst place to work. Poor HR policy.

Dislikes

Poor HR policy and not a good place to work. Resources are not valued. Purpose of recruiting and terminating the resources are not appropriate.
