I'm feel completely comfortable working in yamaha,but I feel that the salary is low.

.... they just fired you when their need completes. that's just a little feedback . even if you work for 20± years their will e no increament of your respect as well as your career growth ± i want to add one more thing , in which possition i had worked as an supervisor i wud like to add that there will be no increament in your salary also . ( even helper find per year more salary , as per haryana grade, but for us their is one & only fixed salary , 😒😞. after couple of years working if you asked to increase your salary then they will not even increase salary , infact they will now focus on asking that what you have done for company , give us report of daily doing work schedule . means all over ..... one of the worst ......environment i have ever seen . the manager's taking a huge amount of salaries by our's name . but not giving ur even half of that amount. in one line i was sick ...& they made me to leave myself from that dustbin of work place.

No job security and no compensation , just spoiled the life ok 150+ employees. Badest ever company.

Lower management fine but top management spoiled the life of many lower level staff and saved his job only and saved his nepotism politically.

...colegue not friends. There is no job security any time you could lost your job. Salary and appraisal are very low as compared to other companies. There is no career growth and politics are very high. There is no value of junior leval employees.

Its a very good place to learn about Automobile Servicing procedure, PDI , Warranty Claim,Management Skills as well as a place to improve your technical skills related to latest update Automobile Technology. example : Fuel Injection technology for Commuter engine - FZ FI ,FZ 25& Sports Engine - R15 .

Dislikes

Pay Scale is a very low , but very good place to start the career with Technical field.
