I worked here about 27 years, and gone to Japan also for training. YAMAHA is not a small group. I still feel proud to be a part of this. All opportunities present here for knowledgable and hardworker, to achieve at top management. I have seen here team work, adoption of innovations, high quality products, I feel affection DIL SE that I was a member of this group.

I sometimes felt that my salary is less and annual increament not good. But I got some compensation during salary revision times.

Yamaha motors is one of the top motorbike company. But getting a job on pay role in like the impossible there. They didn't make confirm to their trainees. They only want to complete their work doesn't care about employees career

Doesn't care about employees career, they only get there's work and get them out. No job security. No promotion. No. Benefits.

The company have good in new technology keep 5s also very good work pressure is low

Work security is very low and important one is salary low compare to other OEM company's. Treating blue collar employee very bad, Team work is poor.

...agement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chiling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 4years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Job security is zero company management want to improve policy and make new ideas for all workers

The most dislike about it the morning snack and also poor quality food in lunch salary is bit low no any hike given a fix salary last few years
