Lower management fine but top management spoiled the life of many lower level staff and saved his job only and saved his nepotism politically.

...colegue not friends. There is no job security any time you could lost your job. Salary and appraisal are very low as compared to other companies. There is no career growth and politics are very high. There is no value of junior leval employees.

...tion.i was there for 6 yr. But company remain me as a trainee for this period. Salary was only 12800 after six year experience. After that they throw me out without any notice period.

The salary that is shown in the compensation plan is all BS. You get variable pay once a year. They stop 2 months salary in your notice period without prior notice. There’s no learning. If you have attended POSH training anywhere, you will see all sorts of people on which POSH act should definitely be done but they are thriving without skills
