No job security and no compensation , just spoiled the life ok 150+ employees. Badest ever company.

Lower management fine but top management spoiled the life of many lower level staff and saved his job only and saved his nepotism politically.

The company have good in new technology keep 5s also very good work pressure is low

Work security is very low and important one is salary low compare to other OEM company's. Treating blue collar employee very bad, Team work is poor.

Company policies are good .they give good salary hike and bonus. Good work environment. Teammates are supportive.

In my opinion nothing is dislike in factory. My think is that when work hard with honestly nothing is impossible.

Working culture is horrible. You have to stay after working hours either you have some work to do, or not. Senior management is not up to their mark, they all are satisfying their job profile by depending on their subordinate’s work.

All teammates are helpful and nice nature,superb manager behave like a small brother, till now I don't know about job security,superb growth with this mnc,average salary,cab provided by company,no politics,teach good way of learning,helpful seniors,always think for innovation , yes always.
