Salary Expectations
I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

The premier Institution open to learners and tutors as well. Well equipped with lastest technology in shipping industries. Being a part of Company enjoyed the tenure of around 10 yrs. Good command of Director and top management.

Yak marine should help the students, the office work is not so good and not maintain and they didn't help the seaman or their students.

One of the sir from yak, have mentioned wrong s.Off date in my Marine profile, and then tell to go mmd and other office, it's not my fault , its their fault, but still i have go to the places they have said, but the problem is not solve. The problem is still same and pending, now i have to go back to ship, but i can't go because of their fault, . Please is someone is reading this please help me.
