Very strict on timings and they cut half of salary based on late literally. Very bad work culture. Joining formalities also very bad . Training exams or assessment system also too much strict they can terminate anyone based on that even.

The company is diligent when it comes to monitoring performances, salary credits and incentives.

Dislikes

The managers are biased. Immense pressure of sales. Last Sunday is working. They require a reason to approve leaves. You have to submit your mobile. The washroom is located outside office. You have to write all the break timings including washroom breaks which feels like a school.

Management doesn’t care about you, cut your salary if you are late by 15 minutes, you cannot open blinds in the office, you cannot carry your phones inside, POSH complaints are not taken seriously, they will not give you wfh even if you had a baby. They hire interns to do scrut work just to fire them in six months even though they promise you that your internship will get converted into a full time role. Their dress code rule is too strict and they give you LOP if you don’t adhere to it 100%. Very toxic working environment, do not come here

I left organization in COVID 19 they didn't pay for the work . Organization is just money oriented. Me and my family was suffering from the pandemic situation and shared all the details on mail still they were asking me to work. Worst organisation never recommend.

Salary Issue if you can't fullfill the target then no salary they deducted salary without any reason too much work pressure even will tell you to come and work on Sunday never join Y Axis .It's a scam company they take money from the client by giving them fake promise don't give service.
