The company culture and behaviour of the seniors is very bad. I recommend people to don't work here.

They are not giving Promotion, no salary hike,no work culture, behaviour of the seniors are very rude and bad also when you are resigning job they don't give your salary also they will eat all your full n final.

...our skills. You are respected only if they are dependent on you. Poor HR policy. Salary is usually delayed. Lack of job security as government projects are obtained by greasing the palms of the officials and hence not sustainable.

Nothing at all. Neither the work culture is good, nor is there any job security. They don't even provide a proper salary. In the end, they say your performance is not good and force you to resign. It is a very bad company.
