No more staff will come to office , office climate will be cool and relief But only thing is managers works from home they tells us to come office regularly what kind of rules these are there is no equality no allowances no cabs only food thry will provide in office.

There is nothing to like about this company. Please don't join

Please refrain from joining this company if you value your time, respect, and patience. I could elaborate extensively on this matter if I so desired, but for now, let's proceed. They will lay you off once their work is complete, just as they did to me. So, if you're planning for the long term, don't expect otherwise. The HR department is as responsive as your ex. They never reply on time, and when they do, they often make lame excuses. If you're lucky, they might attend to your requests, but don't count on it. Upon joining, they made false promises regarding paid leave, which they failed to fulfill. They also deceived me about reimbursing the cost of the laptop, leaving me to cover the expenses from my own pocket. There's minimal support from the required teams when needed. My Team Leader was supportive, which helped in some instances, but overall, there's a lack of proper assistance. Documentation of work and support from team members are severely lacking. Even if you're in dire need of income, I strongly advise against joining this company.
