I am working in central region. Most of the employees behave like baniya. Fully Unprofessional in central region. Getting asset like climbing on mountain. No asset depreciation policy. Too much remote assistant.

There is nothing to like about this low quality organization.

...ndows on laptop. Canteen is unhygienic. Office can not even offer tea or coffee. You have to pay for everything. 7. In office IT and non IT guys sit together and you will definitely listen non IT employees shouting, using abusive words. 8.And be careful from their false hiring, they will hire you to increase the head count and when they find that project is not going in desired way, they will fire you. So be aware, if you are getting hired even if you are from non java background then you will be fired in future. 9.Earlier they used to cover parents in mediclaim policy but now they don't. Reason is that, they think most employees are using mediclaims for their parents, so they can't afford such high ratio of claims.

Behavior of State head Mr. Raman Jha was too Bad. He always use Unprofessional Language, used to Abuse other employess during google meet. Only one person is destroying the business of Jharkhand. He Always try to spoil the SOP. Marking heavy lost to RSC Partners, Field Supervisors.

Salary and Appraisals - Below company standards; employees are underpaid compared to their responsibilities. with limited scope and significant raises and promotions, Work expectation- offers salary at a junior level while expecting work at senior level. Work place culture- office politics is prevelent employees efforts are under-appreciated.

1.JD and real work are different totally. 2. No Fixed SOP 3. If any operations related changes are there and earlier If you not buttering your manager they treat you like you have asken there property. 4. Full. Of talketive people when its comes for decisions making no body have clue in management. 5. For your dedication and work no one recognised you but if you made any mistake from GM position people gonna be in touch with you for criticism. Overall a place where dedication doesn’t mater no grow nothing to learn toxic manager .
