...gement is transparent. Thare is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Thare is lot of political and the management doesn't address our issue.

Work life balance - Good ,allowing employee to maintain healthy work life balance Job security - minimal risk of sudden termination

Salary and Appraisals - Below company standards; employees are underpaid compared to their responsibilities. with limited scope and significant raises and promotions, Work expectation- offers salary at a junior level while expecting work at senior level. Work place culture- office politics is prevelent employees efforts are under-appreciated.

If any operations related changes are there and earlier If you not buttering your manager they treat you like you have asken there property. 4. Full. For your dedication and work no one recognised you but if you made any mistake from GM position people gonna be in touch with you for criticism. Overall a place where dedication doesn’t mater no grow nothing to learn toxic manager .
