...or me in that company, I was on paid internship but haven't get my stipend paid. On that very time I actually in need of money and they are not ready to pay for a meaningless reason . Never suggest any student to work her time specially with this organisation. If I'll got that payment, that will be my first hard-earned cash. Second thing I want to mention about this company is that there is huge lack of coordination among their employees.

Hire for less salary and give terrible appraisals and benefits are not good, job security is bad like lay off happens means they won't give a damn

When I was joined this company they given the project in client location after a 3 month they changed it and again placed in to another project before placing to this project I got an call from xpheno people they saying project got over need serve 1 month notice period and need to leave a company there is no job security here and again they took an interview from client for an other project I cleared the interviews….If I didn’t clear the interview may be they going to terminate They keep on changing the projects which is not relevant to us…just we need work for an job sake…..worst experience in this company….

Salary is good if client is flexible, work culture is good. Hr are very prompt to any help asked to them. Hr Policy is strong

Very late reimbursement structure. Leaves are very less as compared to other companies. Health and employee benifits are close to nothing !!! No transport or relocation benifits given from company.

Daimler is a good place to work, but Xpheno is a Trash. Sorry to say it. Any reader who has plan to join Xpheno I kindly advice a Big no irrespective of package or work exposure they promise. Basically they are not running a business they are running something else 😤. Worst Experience.

Only on role company culture was good, Xpheno was height of disappointment. HR doesn't know how to speak or handle things professionally. Every thing they say is a Big lie. From leave balance to attendence support.
