The work culture, atmosphere, higher salary scale, latest skills and technology training & learning and way to work on those latest teach and critical projects is what attracts me to work here. So I can be 5X better than other developer community around me

The only thing I like about this company is that they make fake promises that if you do not perform, we will fire you and they will never fire you because no-one else is joining the company.

Micro management Strict timings Saturday working Official working hours is 9 and u official is 12 Salary deduction for coming late, extra lunch, The CEO expect you to behave like he bought you
