.... They might lure you to search new organisation immediately and leave xoriant . They will tell you that you will be getting the salary for the whole notice period and after 45 days of leaving the org you will come to know that they are not giving the whole salary.

Earlier everything was good but things started getting worse day by day.

Dislikes

Now no work life balance exists. You won't get a salary hike, and if you get it will be so minimal that will make you feel, that you haven't done any good thing in last year. Getting a good manager is totally depends on you luck, if won't get they will make sure to make this place a hell for you. You will continue to work in every shift irrespective of work hours. Overall you will not be paid what you deserve.

There are no major projects , the do bench hiring with mega drives on weekends ,No learning aid /courses with company , Talent management is worse they maintain 50 -60 people on bench and release them once a project gets over . They hire individuals for marquue salaries but there are no new project most of the awating or cancelled in between leading u in bench and put in any tech stack if no opportunites arises based on ur skill

The job depends from project to project. If they do not have projects, they ask you leave. The company culture needs a lot of improvement.

At Xoriant, the primary concern is lack of substantial salary hikes and incentives. While the company offers a stable work environment, the annual hikes are often below market standard. Since I joined last two years I haven't seen any yearly celebration by company which should be organize most of the mid size company.
