Work load for few is much. And some are jobless and still take salary every month. appreciation is nil, salary is not that great. Boot -licking culture is too much . Company culture better not to say anything.

Likes

Good work life balance and compensation. Good opportunities to upskill yourself.

Dislikes

The job depends from project to project. If they do not have projects, they ask you leave. The company culture needs a lot of improvement.

- Promotion/ appraisal not so good - Notice Period increased to 3 months - Monthly allowances reduced - No bench policy - Mediclaim don't reimburse OPD claims - Employee referral program is not good

Dislikes

At Xoriant, the primary concern is lack of substantial salary hikes and incentives. While the company offers a stable work environment, the annual hikes are often below market standard. Since I joined last two years I haven't seen any yearly celebration by company which should be organize most of the mid size company.

Good pay compared to other service based organisation.

Dislikes

After take over by Chris capital, it's more like other service based organisation. Notice period is increased from 60 days to 90 days. Management always look for cost cutting options which impacts employee leaves and annual increment.
