Flexible timing and salary are the only things that is good in Xoriant. Also, Tech people are good here. Managers, Tech teams, xornet team

Dislikes

Firstly, NO JOB SECURITY. They can lay you off even without giving any chance to work!! Not just that, they will blame you for it. Secondly, No learning or growth for freshers. They will tell you to wait for project and then fire you. Thirdly, TMG team seniors and HRs are rude here, talk rudely with everyone.

The team leads and senior developers are of very helping nature and the managers are very understandable and kind.

Dislikes

Although xoriant is a best place to work but still they have to thing about salary offered to employees and the hikes.

overall, great work culture, great environment for learning, the projects here provide great opportunity for freshers to learn.

Dislikes

There is nothing to dislike here, just one thing that I think can be better is the compensation and the promotions. Promotions happen on a yearly basis but I think that it should not be based on time and experience alone but also based on the knowledge you have gained on the project and how you are applying it.

Sometimes there is communication gaps between teams or departments which may leads to confusion and inefficiency.

At Xoriant, the primary concern is lack of substantial salary hikes and incentives. While the company offers a stable work environment, the annual hikes are often below market standard. Since I joined last two years I haven't seen any yearly celebration by company which should be organize most of the mid size company.
