Company is always keen to look into new opportunities in the market. I love to be the part of such a dynamic and reliable team. In order to enhance the skills of its employees it shuffles them to different departments. As a result, I get to know the working of the both the departments. Another plus point is that come from different cultures,and we are happy to work as a team. I also like the employee re-hire policy.

Dislikes

As I worked for Xoriant for a year.So, I could not comment on the compensation part but yes definitely the pace of growth is slow. The appreciation for your work remained unnoticed to the manager, that is why I have to take a step back and think over whether to continue or switch to some other company. Also, the work culture sometimes becomes so informal which is not good for a fresher who is new to the corporate world.

No Job Security, Work culture earlier was good but now it is pathetic. Management plays a dictatorship role. Company policies can be mold up by management. No adherence of policies at all.

Dislikes

Compensation is really low. Work pressure is so high. No growth Opportunities. No work Life balance & no time to work on Self development. Middle level management doesn't bridge the gap between Analyst & Senior management.

Nothing at all, huge politics specifically in Gurugaon location, work culture is Toxic, no limit on working hours specially in WFH mode.

Nothing to praise, no learnings specially for finance folks, no career growth, lowest compensation as per market standard.

Likes

- Compensation is very good. Everything is fixed, with no variable component. You can structure your CTC breakup and Xoriant provides tools for saving taxes as well. - Managers are very supportive. - Annual increment is very good. In most cases, it is > 10%

- The website and portals are average and are often down - Growth and Learning are limited

...ding is very less according to the the work which an employee is doing for them. No extra benefit for employees rather than salary..
