... increased.But company make sure that employee get just 50 percent at month end. And biggest part of salary is that amount only.Company has no intention to retain employees. Owner and management persons are enjoying sort of world tour in name of marketing. They are the only persons who enjoying in company. OPI company is giving for fixed salary only which is in actual half of the actual money paid by company monthly. All employees are frustrated and seeking jobs. The time they get better opportunity all are leaving.

Incentives used to be the only thing good about this company but now they have removed the incentive scheme as well. So, nothing good left to mention.

...can't even extend your break for more than 1 hours. 3. Tremendous work pressure. Unrealistic ETAs and if you couldn't meet the ETA error will be reported which will get deducted from your salary. 4. No job security at all. In every 2 years you will be part of the layoff or will witness a massive layoff. 5. Leave are a joke here. Total 16 PTOs per year. No paid sick leaves. Only 5 days paternity leave. And for maternity u will get paid after 3 months of rejoining. I can write a book about the cons but it is of no use as you will still join the company after reading this because of the job scarcity. But u ll still regret.

Only the salary package but the salary they pomise they will include variables in it and ultimately salary will decrease. Night shif allowance is good

Everything else. Job security is worse. If i had an option of marking negative i would have done that. They suddenly might call you and tell you that " your service is not required" and sac you . they will hold the salary of that month and will tell you that you would receive it after 90 days. Is that even legal? They dont even think if the employee is having EMIs how to pay off EMIs if they hold the current month salary. Pathetic Companny to work with. I would suggest never join this company of you want good experience for your future.

Absolutely nothing at all

...almost always understaffed because they don't treat employees like human beings. Except for high pay, you get absolutely nothing at all. The pay also comes with a price, you cannot talk to anyone on the floor. There are security guards who make rounds so they can report those talking to HR for immediate action, like a school monitor. No job security, no work life balance, no appraisal policy since last 3 years, no career progression policy. Management has no clue what is going on actually because they don't care also. Management is so stupid and ego is important to them than anything else.

The only good thing is compensation and for every thing they pay. It is only good for freshers and not for the experienced one.

Dislikes

1) No work life balance. 2) No job security even for tenure employees, they suddenly give a kick and throw you like an old furniture. 3) No proper training after allocating team and assume that all work can be done by one or two people in a team which require at least 7-8 employees and this makes work so difficult. 4) Due to attrition rate, almost in all department you will always see new hires. This really don't make any sense where you already have knowledgeable tenure peoples , you are throwing them out and again spending days on new trainees to train them. This not only hamper production but also increase huge pressure and burden on people serving there because at the end you are answerable to management questions. 5) Poor Management which can be easily identifiable because its not about few people leaving the company, its a regular senario there. Management should have focused on actual flaws rather than asking employees to leave the company.
