...hardwork. If you are giving 110% then it is what you should be doing as per XLD. But if you do a small mistake then then can charge a deduction on your salary ..

I use to like Monetary benefits. But Then they took back all the money they gave

They deduct you salary for errors. They also took back the money paid to me that is worse case. I was really broke and went through financial trauma. I would never recommend this company to anyone

...youtube channel and all the other social platforms as nobody’s interested. They assign you quizzes everyday which you have to complete within the ETA and if you fail to do so then they apply 10% hit which will deduct from your salary. Also the salary is not fixed, it depends on the production hours. They also apply hit if any error is occurred by you.

Salary is decent but no career growth. HR policies are really strict, trust me if you are working from office you will go in depression because there are guards in the office who are respected more than the employees here and they won’t let you talk and roam in the office. If you do so they fire you after 2 warning letters. Please join only if you are mentally prepared and want to be happy.

Nothing is good about this company. Only the compensation is fairly good.

...yed SECURITY GUARDS in the office to make sure no one talks or use mobile phone. And your salary will be deducted if you are found of talking, roaming or using phone. If this torture is not enough their work culture is sooo pathetic. They treat employee like robot. They won't give a single day's leave. The leave calendar is absurd. The work they give is full of stress. You will be forced to work for 10-12 hours in a day and even on weekends. There will always be someone to inspect you. Too much stress. And to top it all the work they give is pathetic, it will not provide you any experience at all.

Every thing other than salary. Not allowed to talk to any colleagues. You realise pressure on yourself because you see a guard is always keeping an eye on you. Just the monitor of the class. If you talk to any colleagues guard writes your name reports it to the HR. Disciplinary actions are taken next day on them. Worst company policy and culture.
