They will torture you like hell. They will increase your package and won’t pay you till one year and then reduce it again worst mistake of my like is to join this organisation

Culture, Attitude of Hr, fake promises of salary hike, exaggerated packages they will just exaggerate it and will not even pay half of the package.

I used to like the incentives they used to give but now they have stopped it. Do not join the company if you want to spoil your career.

...rofile is bad not accepted in any other organization. Career has been spoiled! 4) Somehow they manage to put errors due to which they cut out 5-10% from salary. This is a school. 5) They do not trust their employees at all.

...n KPO, they can become team leader. Don't think one can be appraised above that. They give good salary and incentives. Lot many good and budgeted place around to stay at. Politics is always there in every organisation. Work environment is good. Forget social life once you join XL Dynamics.

Training, no job safety, no career growth,politics, no learning since I was doing the same work repeatedly, no social life.

...orse used for marriage cant see here and there only in front of your pc/laptop Thirdly when the organisation raise your pay then you are in trouble because they can fire you at anytime if its your mistake or not and they wont give you any reason to fire you under blah blah clause they will first transfer you from operation to call center type department and then boom fire Last but not the least when you have to fire people from organization because they are paid higher then please a humble request do not raise the pay as the whole family is waiting for the salary of that one person might be not the best but yes getting lesser pay is good then being fired from job. God bless those who do this to people but I would strongly recommend that please please please if you have to nurture your career in finance you must go with Indian companies and not US or some other TCS is good they pay less but they care for one's job So all the best XL Dynamics for your such an awesome organisational behaviour and WARNING to all those who reading this... ...ithout paying anything. I joined and half of my colleagues were fired before me. Within one month I got fired too, without any salary. You will see your colleagues are getting invisible as days pass by. They will take work from anyone but will pay no rupee to them. HR Response- HR has signed the FNF but didn't pay for the work I served in company. They are not giving any response. Work timing- They will soft spoken only when they ask for extra work. They will call you in weekends too.
