...work and life balance. Not approving planned holidays. Sandwich leaves policy. Salary on 7th of every month. I hate there floor policy to sit alone and no conversation from the colleagues at all In night shift only boys. No Transport facilities.

... increased.But company make sure that employee get just 50 percent at month end. And biggest part of salary is that amount only.Company has no intention to retain employees. Owner and management persons are enjoying sort of world tour in name of marketing. They are the only persons who enjoying in company. OPI company is giving for fixed salary only which is in actual half of the actual money paid by company monthly. All employees are frustrated and seeking jobs. The time they get better opportunity all are leaving.

Migraine, backache, fear of losing job any moment, no learning, work pressure, weekend working, no salary hike or hike only if transfer to another process, hits / error in salary, no refreshments / annual event even after covid ends. Just one word suffering.

There is nothing I can like and literally thats the worst company anyone can work with .

This is pathetic ,they run a scheme they offer you ctc and pay u for training salary and main part of ctc is incentive which they caption as "MPI &OPI" thats the biggest way they make you fool 2.They dont care of your domain may be you will be hired for financial analyst but due to company requirements you may forced to change domain such as : Hr, voice call, mail answering or much worst then that 3.There is one guard who roams around the working area and note down names for crimes like :talking to next person,found sleepy/inactive (not actually sleep) 4.No job security any foolish rule like :talking to next person or not feeling feel so feeling inactive ,you are directly fired You can not even laugh or interact Many of us for months don't know name of the person who is next to us Never ever go for this one If you feel joining this please comment your name with mobile no I will contact you and help you with more insights

Incentives used to be the only thing good about this company but now they have removed the incentive scheme as well. So, nothing good left to mention.

...can't even extend your break for more than 1 hours. 3. Tremendous work pressure. Unrealistic ETAs and if you couldn't meet the ETA error will be reported which will get deducted from your salary. 4. No job security at all. In every 2 years you will be part of the layoff or will witness a massive layoff. 5. Leave are a joke here. Total 16 PTOs per year. No paid sick leaves. Only 5 days paternity leave. And for maternity u will get paid after 3 months of rejoining. I can write a book about the cons but it is of no use as you will still join the company after reading this because of the job scarcity. But u ll still regret.
