... the mentioned 9 hours. HR keeps an active track on how often your cursor moves. Most importantly, salary deductions due to performance efficiency they say. But its just a cunning way to rip you off of what you really deserve. You might be fired at any time. So all that family new home crap doesn't really amount to anything.
... increased.But company make sure that employee get just 50 percent at month end. And biggest part of salary is that amount only.Company has no intention to retain employees. Owner and management persons are enjoying sort of world tour in name of marketing. They are the only persons who enjoying in company. OPI company is giving for fixed salary only which is in actual half of the actual money paid by company monthly. All employees are frustrated and seeking jobs. The time they get better opportunity all are leaving.
The company policies are quite nice here. There is a proper system of working for everything. The seniors are quite helpful & proper training is given for the work. The quality that is expected out of the work is too high & therefore you need to work very effectively. This shapes you as a person in terms of your work efficiency.
...the deadlines are too hectic & so you need to work extra hours to complete that. Having said that they pay you well for all the hard work you do & so that can be managed.
...almost always understaffed because they don't treat employees like human beings. Except for high pay, you get absolutely nothing at all. The pay also comes with a price, you cannot talk to anyone on the floor. There are security guards who make rounds so they can report those talking to HR for immediate action, like a school monitor. No job security, no work life balance, no appraisal policy since last 3 years, no career progression policy. Management has no clue what is going on actually because they don't care also. Management is so stupid and ego is important to them than anything else.
