There is a bond of 2 years, salary is decent for freshers.

If you join as a fresher,You can learn and you can upskill yourself in CAE domain.That too you can learn everything about meshing only,not apart from that.

2 years bond and salary is really worst.They offer very less salary for freshers.You won't get proper appraisal and benefits.

...n, official notice period is 90days from both sides either employee or employer. If company is terminating you, company will pay you next three months salary and they will remove you but after lay off 's started from the clients, xitadel management changed the rules that official notice period of the employee is 90days Is same but if company terminates you they will pay you for only 1month (30days). There is no job security in this company. They won't mind you to remove from the payroll over night irrespective of your performance. HR never respect their employees, they won't answer your queries. Disaster HR management, I call it. As of my knowledge none of the xitadel is OK!! with the xitadel management. CEO should take the feedback from the employees on management.

Geopolitical situations have curbed the incoming projects and left a gap! Working with local breed OEMs would be a good option as recession is taking over west.

Xitadel is a great company with great leadership! I have had the opportunity to get myself involved in various activities outside my initial realm of responsibilities. The core team is extremely passionate about the technology and innovation. Xitadel has a warm culture where you feel valued and thus brings out the best in everyone. All in all a great company to work for and I am excited to be part of this journey where Xitadel is headed towards achieving loftier milestones.
