...hat happens. There’s no work-from-home option, and you have fixed working hours. If you’re even 30 minutes late, you’ll lose half a day’s pay. The company provides fake services to clients and uses pirated software. No one in HR will help you, and the company can terminate you at any time.

...e is very supportive. They have good projects that challenge you as a developer. The salary is always on time and the lunch is free. Overall great experience working here.

Big disclaimer Before join the company first read there terms and conditions. Very carefully where written they can terminate you from your job any time without compensation & Without notice. so you are looking for long term here, so plz don't work here . Only building is good but they hire inexperienced project manger who dont know what is the meaning of Team. So if project manager don't like your face. You gonna get terminated. So if you are not beginners. Don't spoil your resumes with xicom. Wrost experience

One of the major reasons that have been working with Xicom for such a long time is they offer brilliant learning opportunities. I really got a change to work on such challenging projects which has given a great push to my coding skills.
