... not solved all these problems by yourself then you have to forget the problems.No solution was found for those who are in management and salary never matched in time. No one else has any kind of support

No work life balance, work even on weekends, so much pressure , stress, low salary , very bad procedures on getting an approval for a creative it takes decades to get an approval so you get stuck on one work for a longtime and everything comes at the last moment which doubles your pressure stress and everything. Only for Brand name you can go for Xiaomi , nothing else benefit you

Company is good but management was not good..every year management was changed.

I was worked as store Manager 5.9 years but company not increase the employee salary or increment.they don't even care about employees those who worked with dedication and passion.
The inclusive and transparent culture is very appreciative. My reporting manager is a gem of a person and a true leader, does not micro manage and leaves with us the way of managing the territory and guides us on what to do. Result oriented.
Salary and benefits are average, appraisal system is the the reason for exit. Higher management is not involved in proper appraisal. Some HO guys have control in the recommendation of promotions and it is not linear to the performance you do.
