Sometimes it becomes hectic due to unplanned delivery from client. If you don't worth and not ready to deliver then you will be layoff on immediate basis.

The company provides you opportunities to learn the latest technology and encourages you to do good work. One can easily enhance their technical knowledge under the guidance of the managers and team lead.
