The dislike was no hike at that time. And no career growth this was the major issues in xerox because they here names I am not giving sorry, given more importance to his friends if they did not work also these above management given good hike to the people like here also names will miss and after ATOS taken he given the hike to Awneet goyal and these people I mentioned will not do any work no will ask them but when I reverse they did not given me any growth not only to me for so many please enquiry but Ranjith jayakar is only person removed but still old management is there sudeesh,yuvaraj,awneet,gobinathan and lakshman still do many are struggling I will tell you one thing is when Ranjith left they said openly like if we are not working you saved us but now who will help us, so by this you can come to know who worst the management in ATOS bangalore

Lack of resources due to cost cutting exercises. No direction as department does not fit within overall business. High turnover and management slow to recruit.

Dislikes

Disorganization, low salaries, not appreciating employers, no opportunities to progress, no benefits, lots of irresponsible management, chaos.

Though local guys trying to influence their culture organization's certain mechanism helping us to report the same and overcome it.

Dislikes

... poor culture to the organiation. Noticed so many complaints related to ethical. Poor package. Not encouraging people for innovation. Totally one of the Indian offices runs like Indian organization. Many manager not even respecting their team members. Also showing threatening body language to their team members. One guy really hindrance to progress and threat to peole is Bibu baby, Kochi. However organization's channel to report ethical issues really keeping so many guys under the hood. Thanks for that. But don't expect everyone will come out and complaint. Instead affected people will look outside opportunity. I know so many guys left the organization because of this.

Allowances are good like health insurance,salary on time,they won't kick you out anytime but you need to perform.

Dislikes

If you want to work at low salary for rest of your years ,then join this company. As no matter how many years of employee you are they won't raise a penny. You can come to ofc at your choice but can't leave at your will until you meet SLA's/targets,be ready for 12-13hr shift. Ofc politics at best you will not be promoted no matter how good you are. Same people sitting their for last 10 years thinking they are the bosses. Simple Enter enter nothing to learn.

Its a great company to work with. The exposure you get is huge. The work life balance is awesome.

Nothing much, but yes, they should start giving better pay, at least as par with the industry standards if not more
