From 2020 to 2022 this was company was really good but now it’s become worst in projects, work life balance and people first

...fe in front of their projects. No life left after getting one of client project. Day night, weekday or weekend just doing work for them and no extra pay as well. They never listen to the employees and only focus on what client is saying. It was good in 20,21 and 22 but now its become the worst. Whenever if you get on bench you a going to face Abhinaya, who is the worst employee i ever met in my career. she will demotivate you, torture you so that you left the Organization by yourself and then they become the company who never terminates

On time salary , good pay for lateral hires , work life balance depends on project , client based model

No culture like a connect and grow , you work and get paid , no benefits , minimal appraisal and no transparency in appraisal process, no promotion no growth . If thinking about 1-2 years and getting paid what you want then you can join

The good thing about Xebia is the exposure that we get working with different set of clients in various geographies. New technologies used, challenging problems to solve.

Work life balance- Negative Salary compensation & increments - peanuts unless you are skilled at boss buttering to a large extent. Being on a bench in Xebia is like a crime. Non-billable employees being looked down , constantly threatened to be kicked out of company. Policies are not employee friendly

The freedom to do things in your own way plus the avenues/opportunities to promote learning and skill development in the company. Learning is immense if you are looking for it.

1. Too much politics. 2. No covid leaves to emp. Only for managers 3. None hike when I entered and left the company my salary was same. 4. Bad manger and HR head 5. No vision 6. They say that company believes in people first but that not the case HR head try to remove negative feed back from Internet and push the fake reviews to misguide. 7. No perks and benefits to emp. 8. Worked on weekends without getting anything. 9. All gurgaon projects are under bad management. Sales guys are managing tech. Projects. Do not join xebia. Short and simple.
