Xchanging Associate salaries in New Delhi

...rked in 2 projects CBRE and C&W both are nice projects. And i really enjoyed it. And i did not feel like leave the company but ultimately salary matters. All managers and team people were good compared to other companies, One hard thing is we could not able to get the hike or proper compensation i would say. Over my rating is 4.5 for my best company Xchanging miss u xchanging.

Salary and bonus was not good rest a fine

Xchanging was a nice Company and everything was almost good but the day it is accuired by DXC it horrible to work here.

No hike and promotions for everyone here since last two years. No furute plans for employee Learning opportunities has been finished here.

Xchanging is a very good company, work culture is good ,even management is good and job security is also there , overall it's a good place to work.

Yes, every thing about the company is good except their salary.

Xchanging company offers excellent package.

Onsite opportunity is limited and opprtunity for move from one project to other projects no assurance. Senior resources like more than 10 years experience and their job will be at risk

Wonderful teammates and work life balance

Dislikes

Appraisal is bad and lot of politics. No transparency and they don’t try to retain good resources. It is pretty bad after Xchanging was acquired by Csc and then dxc.
