There many officers are family members they unprofessionally interfare in other departments.No value of employees.very high working hours for mechanical departments 10/12Hrs duties

Things for improvement: 1) Salary and perks provided in the organisation to the employees. 2) Clarity in policies and rules and regulations.

It is good company for fresher if you are in research and development department. Fresher can learn many things from teammate's. Work environment is good .

There is no career growth in the company. Salary is very less. There is no Saturday off.

1) Interdepartmental coordination is very toxic 2) A Few Managers who are the relatives of the directors are pulling the company down due to their old and biased way of thinking
