As a fresher they gave me the opptunity and resopnsibility. Freshers are given chance to prove their calibre.

...s. People are not appreciated for their work. Documentation is hardly ever done. Salary is cut if you come in late.

Working atmosphere is quite good. Seniors found more interactive and supportive. Hybrid work days. Allows Work from for genuine cases.

Delay in salaries sometime. Sometimes need to extend working hours in case of deployments. Or for client call. Late for appraisal

The only good thing about this company if you are a fresher you'll get a good experience . And the food which they are provide to us is good btw they deduct that money from our payments . Office politics is top notch, If you are planning to join politics come to this place you can add that experience in your political carrier resume. HR Department sucks ,no help nothing they just want to make us suffer even though its their duty to provide our docs .

Monday to Friday is working officially , but you have to work on Saturday also .
