Dislikes

Micro management Owner and VP's has ample of time to see and micro manager at individual level. If you appraise and keep your manager happy with good words you will get what you want. Only favourite gets the promotion and salary hikes No work culture at all.

The only good thing about this company if you are a fresher you'll get a good experience . And the food which they are provide to us is good btw they deduct that money from our payments . Office politics is top notch, If you are planning to join politics come to this place you can add that experience in your political carrier resume. Working here is great. The management is supportive and everyone has a voice. There is negligible office politics going on; it doesn't affect the mental health of the employees. Company has some great projects and good clients, so the future of the company looks good.

Dislikes

Appraisals happen well on time and are dependent upon performance - but one may have to wait a little for promotions.
