Super swift and rapid interview process, you should get your offer within a week

Dislikes

They hire people on trial and error basis. If you are going through interview process, ask for their attrition rate, how many employees actually complete a year at the organization, or even probation period. They don't believe in information exchange, proper direction. There are ample of tools for communication, but barely used. Everyone is running like electrons. They believe in make mistakes and move on fast. Planning, communicating and team work are a remote concept. They are a startup who want to grow 1000x at "godspeed" with secret budget and mostly no direction. At least I never got to see any vision or direction. Insist on asking to experience their software performance when you are being hired, maybe it is improved now. It will help you make better decision about joining.
