...l ) 10 years for wyzmindz solutions but still no improvement in as follows:- 1) same salary 13k & every year hike +3k/month 2) no proper chair's to sit and work 3) no HR even if HR there he will not get back to you. 4) Forgot about PF 5) no company policy 6) no internet bill refund (13k-300) 7) not even a single benefit to employees 8) same management same rules. 9) working 6days/week. 10) old technologies used 11) they only tell you to put good reviews. 12) lot more thinks are there I don't have patience to type What I like in wyzmindz solutions 1. I got some Good friends 👭👬 2. Experience After joining my team mates suggest me ( don't work too hard they will use you but you won't get any hike not even appreciation form manager because if they do they has to give good hike that's why they won't appreciate ). I ignored it now I am Realising it. I don't want this to happen with you guys. so go find some better organization if you feel it's a genuine review. My suggestions to wyzmindz get a feedback from employees why they are going out from your organization (you will get shocking answers from them) . Give a try

This company is a consultant company is not a privacy company . This company's HR departments his commitment is not value commitment is a worst commitment and his salary package is very low package when one person is 1.80,000 lakhs service in Banglore .how is it possible tell me .. so plz not going to wyzmindz solutions

... not understanble, even they deduct coffee, tea cost from their employees CTC 4. Only good thing is you will get salary on time. 5. Hike it was not decided by your work and effort, they will give same % of hike for the one who worked very hard to build application and the one who don't work on anything they just cost because of employees. 6. You will not get career growth here because your hardwork and contribution don't goto management level, it was stops at manager only. 7. Employees benifits are zero here. 8. If you are fresher and finding to get only experience this is the good place, but not for experienced candidates because experienced not get respect and money here. 9. They makes you to work even on Sundays and overtime also but will not kept regards on your efforts

Poor work culture, politics & not having respect and regards towards employees who worked long term and late night to build companies names in terms of software products.

I work in wyzmimdz it's good for our employees . His salary always on time, there is many skill development and this is a secure job for all. I'm satisfied with the job.

Some technical issues which is I irritated more. Over all that's OK.
