1.Work culture is very bad 2.No value of employees and their work. 3.No work balance for example TL calls at evening or night and ask to complete task if we say no they fire you. 4.Open source’s TL named Vinod ghodke and Mayur Palav are very unprofessional. 5.He act according to his mood.Drinks at night and abuse team member. 6.DONT JOIN OPEN SOURCE TEAM

... there by Admin.Admin is helpful in each and every activity.all thing is best. THE MAIN THING IS ON TIME SALARY.ACCOUNTS DEPARTMENT WORKS VERY HARD FOR THAT VIZ RESPECTABLE.

the timimgs are fixed if u r late by a minute also and if u r not been able to compensate with that in evening then your full day is marked with HALF DAY.also HR work is quite slow in departmental training and documentation process.

This hiring team is just trapping to resource. They will tell you wfh available but not a single day wfh is available. Also too many customer Site visits upto 100 kms from city. Worst laptops. No cabb is allowed really disappointed with the facilities and salary expectations. Too much variable which will be given you post completion of year instead of fixed salary.
